RENAM is fully owned by Hideal Partners, an independent financial advisory company, whose experienced multi-disciplinary team has been active in the European renewable energy and infrastructure sectors over the last 20 years.

RENAM was established almost a decade ago to provide owners of renewable assets with a complete set of asset management services, covering technical, financial, administrative and operational activities.
Thanks to its strong technical background and extensive experience gained by its team in development and construction of renewable energy projects, RENAM has expanded the scope of its activities, now including full technical due diligence services as well as technical management, on behalf of its clients, in the construction phase of renewable energy projects.

Renewable energy plants are a highly attractive asset class for long-term investors looking for consistent return, providing stable distributions to shareholders over 20-25 years. The professional management provided by RENAM is a “must have” to guarantee that suitable performance level are maintained throughout the economic life of a plant, as various technical and operational events, if not properly and appropriately managed, can easily jeopardize expected returns.

RENAM deploys a dedicated professional team, capable of pro-actively overseeing all plant activities in order to ensure achievement of consistent and optimum performance levels and improved returns. At the same time, RENAM provides clients with a complete periodical reporting package, dedicated to industrial and financial players who need to have an up-to-date look on the performance of the plants.

In 2016, RENAM and Tages Capital SGR S.p.A., a primary international asset manager dedicated also to infrastructure and renewable energy investments, established a partnership with the incorporation of the company Delos Power S.r.l. , for the management of the PV plants acquired by the closed-end real estate funds Tages Helios I and Tages Helios II, managed by Tages.
Since then, the partnership has successfully completed a number of acquisitions on the Italian market, in August 2016, December 2017, October 2018 and January 2019, investing ca. €400 million and acquiring plants for an installed power in excess of 300 MW.
With its highly skilled and specialised team, Delos Power (participated by RENAM at 60% and by Tages at 40%) is currently the second player in Italy for installed capacity in the photovoltaic sector.
